It's rubber. Any ideas if it's from my truck? My dad found it on the ground behind my truck, it wasn't there before.

looks kinda of like a really smooshed front bump stop off one of your a-arms or a body mount.

Bottom line...anything falling off is not good.
Yeah def a body mount or bumpstop....i hope bumpstop....body mount falling aff is not gonna lead to good things

he may be right...if you look at it slightly upside down it looks like a rear bump stop.
