I got my plate from Synergy Offroad. Easy install but you need to remove the box with the solenoids and relocate them else where. Also need to make a little clearance on the passenger side frame horn.

No pictures of mine installed, sorry. I put my winch through a work out hauling trees up this past week from down the hill where I live. Think I killed it, though.

My buddy put a warn vr8000 on his 05. Used the SO hidden plate, and also had to relocate the box, and clearance the frame a little. I just bought a smittybuilt 10k X20, and will end up making my own plate for my 90.

on my full sized trucks ive always ran a front receiver with a winch on a hitch so you could remove it when not needed and keep it out of the weather. also if you do get in a sketchy situation you can move it to the back

after failing to pull this bronco out

went and parked the burb, carried the winch back there hooked it up to his rear receiver and pulled himself out

only bad part about this kidna set up is on my old s10 it stuck out pretty far and if you are doing inclines it likes to hit everything.

so on my current set up i made sure to mount it up high

not putting down Jams bumper, I like it also. But isnt the point of a custom built steel bumper to protect the front end?

How does mine not protect the front end?

I've gone 5 years of off-roading with the stock bumper, and have never had a problem. Now I have a sturdier bumper and still won't have a problem. I also gained approach angle instead of loosing it like all those pre-made "James Bottomtooth" bumpers.
