You'll also get a higher likelihood for rust with anything from Vermont.
The first one you listed is from an auction so who knows what it's been through.
Second one is listed as a parts car b/c it has a ton of problems.
Third one looks ok, still possibility of rust.
Your best bet of the remaining three looks to be the red one. Looks like it's been sitting (streaks down the door from rainwater). But why is parked at a park and ride? Weird.
Be patient. These trucks are getting old - there's bound to be a cheap one soon. Have you looked in surrounding states? It would cost a whole lot less than $700 in gas to go to a nearby state to pick one up.
EDIT - Everything in that price range in my area is 97 and older. 98+ is still in the $5-6K range.
