Yet another Bolt Mobile mod...
Just do a search on ebay for em (i searched for 194 led). This apparently is a common replacement item so they have tons of them in all kinds of colors. Found a 10 pack for $11 shipped so they are really dirt cheap. Just ordered me a set.
no problem!
I've ordered more stuff, too... Gonna change all my dash stuff that I can, to blue... it's gonna be tediously annoying, but it'll look better, lol.

And here's an update on the dash conversion!
All that's left is the heater controls, which I found out is a bunch of little 37 sized bulbs, which will make it a lot easier than the headlight/4x4/wiper switches... Had to drill holes for the leds and such... Well, I didn't drill... I used a hot knife... lol.
The sun started coming up on the second pic, so it's a little harder to take a picture of the blue... At least in the wiper switch...

It's actually not that hard to do... The wiper controls was the easiest, lol...
You generally need two LED's per panel, just to get an even enough spread of light... It's a little cheapy incandescent bulb that's in there to start with... And the only one that's "removable" is the one for the headlight switch... The rest need... Enthusiastic measures to remove them, lol.

Pretty much... The instrument cluster is the easy part (and the heater controls, if you can find the bulbs in the right size...)
For the rest, you'll be making your own mounting holes for loose LED's to go into, and running power separately for them, unless you're skilled enough to solder on the circuit boards without damaging them...
And you'll have to take out the factory light, or else your color is going to look whitewashed.

I really like that. I was looking and emailing companies that made the aftermarket gauge overlays to try and find out iof I could find some that cover all the panels with lights, but nobody is emailing me back. How rude. I know about the heater overlays that match my gauges. I can't find the headlight switch overlay that matches mine, only with the flames like rabbit has. I want to do mine in red. I wil have to visit ebay tonight and get some of those bulbs. Is there anything else I should know before I get in there and get dirty drperry. I have no problem with using some enthusiastic measures lol. I hope I can do this, it doesn't look to hard to do, and it looks great.
