91 blazer starter problems
inspect your ground cables from the engine to chassis, and from the chassis to battery. If its getting hot the voltage is on the power side, but only letting a little through to ground, (trying to draw many more amps than is possible) Or you could have a locked up motor I suppose. try turning the engine over w/ key off in neutral with a wrench. Thier will be a giant bolt on the front of crankshaft pulley to do so.
To clean the battery cables, find sno-bol. Its toilet bowl cleaner, i believe cvs, walgreens etc will carry it, and a wire brush.
make sure you use some gloves also. scrub away, rinse with water, dry and re-connect. try starting. I would just clean both cables and posts while u are thier allready.
