does anyone know what the part is called its to do with the computer its like ram for a normal pc but this part is like the memory for telling the truck how to start? i seem to be having the same problem but figure i can put the part in if i know what to buy

PROM chip? I think thats the only removable/reprogramable piece of the ECU
