is it possible to hook up an automatic car starter for a manuel blazer year 2000

yes. some companies offer remote starts for manual trannys. Compustar makes em, and a few others. you can google for remote start for manual trannys

yep. Auto starters are available for most everything. They even make them for diesel vehicles. The auto starter will delay until the glow plugs are warm. Just go to a retail outlet or a website and specify what kind of vehicle you have.
