Default Autozone???

My engine dies sometimes while I'm driving and the abs light and air bag light comes on, along with a few other dash lights and a 'ding' sound, but if I press the gas fast enough it will kick on and I can continue driving without restarting the Blazer. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg to get the blazer diagnostics through the dealership. Would Autozone do a diagnostics for me? If they don't and something is wrong, would the computer put out error codes or does it need to go through diagnostics first?

I'm sorry I don't know much about cars or why my Blazer is acting this way. [&:]

Thanks,
Mike

How is the fuel pump? might be quitting intermittantly on ya.

A free A zone scan may tel you something. But a dealer scan w/ their $5,00.00 tech2 scanner will display every codes thrown.

Autozone will do a scan for engine codes, but they will tell you nothing about any other lights, abs, air bag, ect. You will have to take it to a shop to have that looked at
