Break Fluid Cover

I was wondering if someone could help me out we just bought a 96 Blazer LT and I was looking at the brake fluid cover,it doesn't have a rubber gasket on it or a seal of any kind it just kind of sits there I was wondering what I needed to make it right any help would be great thanks.!

Just go to any auto parts store and they should have it in the Help section.
