Code 43 on 1994 Blazer

I have a 1994 Chevy Blazer with the service engine soon light on. It is running OK both Code 43 comes up and I can't find out why. Can someone hrlp me with Code 43?

hi a code 43 means either low voltage at ECM terminal L ,only (carbureted models), or this, knock sensor circuit faulty, good luck,
