Lately I have noticed a strong coolant smell in my truck, I figured that maybe I spilled some the last time I bought coolant. Then I noticed my passenger side floorboard was wet and the coolant had been leaking from the heater vent. Any ideas??

Sounds like your heater core has called it quits. Check the forums for some repair help...

Yup, definitely a leaking heater core. Check the floor boards on the passenger side close to the trans tunnel. If you search, you'll find all the information you'll need to get it replaced.
