Default Ford help Needed

My brother has a 1997 ford exploder and he has a problem. I knew what it was just by the circle on the grille. but I digress,

His blend door actuator/plenum had broken and we need to fix the friggin thing. Can anyone on the forum try to find a How-to for removing hte dash for access to this thing? dealer would charge 1000 bucks, and we are both smarter than the average idiots, so why not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I now, tired of posting help questions for heat issues, but its cold outside.!!

Thanks in advance!!
