Just in case anybody was wondering where to get the GM speciality tools needed to make work a little easier .

1-800-GM-TOOLS

There is a web site but it is fairly new and does not have any of the speciality tools up yet.

Such as; J 36506 5th and reverse detent bushing remover/ installer, J 36798 shift rail bushing installing and stacking tool, J 21426 rear extension seal installer, J 12096 drivegear retainer installer, J 29793 countershaft alignment tool, J 23062-14 extension housing bushing remover, and many many more.
