Default Help won't run

I have a 96 Blazer with the 4.3L V6. It ran one day and next it won't start. I have poured gas down the throttle body to determine if it fuel or electrical. It will run as long as I pour gas into it. However I could hear the fuel pump cycling, so I disconnected the fuel line at the top of the intake manifold, when the key is turned to the on position gas is pumped out of the line. Ive checked the ECM fuses and niether are blown. Help what do I do next?

I'm considering parting it out, any idea what the aggragate total of the parts would be worth on ebay?

TIA,

Mick

I wouldn't just part it out that quick. What exactly have you tried to fix it? What other symptoms does it have? Give us some more info!

It's got to be fuel related if you can get it to run by spraying it. Check the fuel pressure and make sure it's adequate. What engine code is it X or W? (the 8th digit of the VIN).

It's a "W" code. Do I measure the pressure off the schrader valve? What pressure should it be?

TIA,

Mick

Yes, you measure the fuel pressure at the shreader valve, fuel pressure should be 415-455 kPa (60-66 psi).
