So really my blinkers work...except for the part about the turn signals stay on. My lights are all fine...whats that little cheap part that controls the blinking called....i forgot

hmm...i find sometimes if you're isotropically linked endothermic-isolated thixotropic equalizer isn't spinning on a perfect dihedral angle of 47.663 degrees at roughly 1902.7 RPM then your signals may not flash...........
that or the flasher unit is buggered

Turn on the ignition, turn on the left turnsignal, lie down on the floor and listen for a "click, click, click" and there it is.
Couldn't resist, must be the weather.
It is under the dash, passenger side on the '99 Blazer, probably the same on the '96.

yea...about that...uhh...im an idiot when it comes to some things...although i did start to wonder about that after i said that....but yea...not too smart with anything electrical
