MSD ignition on my tbi???
I want to know if i can install an MSD 6AL on my motor. I just bought the 6AL along with the pro-billet MSD distributor. I have had people tell me that it wont work, but i just want all your opinions...

I have an MSD 6AL MSD billet distributor #8366 and the MSD blaster coil #8266 with MSD 8.5 wires #31419 on my TBI V8 and it works perfect just plug and play using the adapter harness #8826 for the coil for your V8 your distributor wille be part # 8367 but the 8826 harness and 8266 coil should be the same.

I have a full size blazer so it does have the 350 in it. I have the #85551 distributor and i have the #8207 ss coil with the 6AL ignition. Is there a harness that i need to buy or not? Poeple have told me that the disributor electronically tells the tbi when and how much fuel, but i dont know for sure.

If you have an 87-95 tbi V8 you need the #8366 computer controlled distributor and the #8266 coil with the #8826 adapter harness just like I have if you want to use it on a tbi engine. to use your stuff you will have to scrap the tbi and switch to a carbed engine.
