Default Need Help Please

I just got my 2001 chevy blazer yesterday nite and we got over 2 feet of snow. I kno its October. well when i went to move my truck i did what i could to remove the snow off the windshield and than i turned on the wipers and the driver side wiper totally went limp i think it was from the snow being to heavy for the wiper to handle. The part the wiper is connected to still turns but i think the screw is stripped and the wiper does absolutely nothing. My question is how can i fix and have any of you had this happen. Thanks in advance

TODD

flip the cover off the end of the wiper and remove the nut, think 11 or 12 mm. then put it back on. done.
