WHOAH... NOW I'm concerned.... reading some posts on here just gettin' familiar with some of the common probs with these blazers.... Dory and another guy were saying they have about 40psi at idle and about 60 psi when running.... on my guage I'm only seeing about 20 psi at idle and around 40 psi running... it does articulate though.... when I bought it I believe someone had a tad too thick of oil in it cause it showed 40psi no matter what running temp and/or rpm so I used the recommended oil (I use valvoline).....:/
btw it's a 95 4.3 vortec 4wd

You should not be concerned. If the lowest it got was 10psi or lower, then you should be concerned. 8psi is the specified lowest oil pressure to prohibit engine damage at idle. IIRC anything below 8psi would cause your truck to quit running.

Nothin' to get too bent out of shape over. All vehicles have different operating characteristics. My Bravada with 10w30 motor oil in it idles at 45-50psi when cold and at 60mph it is running around 60-65psi when cold. Once warmed up, I'm running around 35-40psi at idle and 50psi @ 60mph.
I'm only running 10w30 for this oil change because I had some oil leaks that I have since fixed. Next oil change will be back to 5w30 and expect my cold oil pressure to drop back down a bit, but warm to stay the same.

Next time you change the oil run a can of Marvelous Marvins Mystery oil through it. That should clean out any oil sludge that has built up on the oil pressure sending unit, and anywhere else in the engine.
The can has the directions on it. Great stuff.

I personally ahven't ahd any problems with it. I have been using it for the past 20 years. I use it on every engine every 100,000 miles.
I think the negative comes from people who drive the vehicle with the MMM in the engine. Your basically adding parts cleaner to your oil. It does its job, and that is remove sludge from the engine. Kind of like changing your tranny fluid after 100,000 miles hoping it will fix a tranny problem. If you have problems with MMM, more then likely the problem was there to begin with.
