Have your rear differential fluid changed. You most likely have the "G80" RPO (locking rear differential).
I have a 2001 Blazer Xtreme and mine did that shuddering thing for the first six months until I finally figured out it was the rear diff fluid that needed to be changed. I had it changed around 7,000 to 10,000 miles and to this day, I haven't heard it again. I'm now at 76,000 and I've had that fluid changed every 15,000 miles.

I had the rear diff fluid changed and it still has the shudder on acceleration but mainly only when I have the wheels turned and take off from a stop....also feel it a bit on straight take off if I accel hard...
