Default Seat question RE: lumbar supt.

The lumbar support is broken on my driver's seat (99 Blazer). Turn the ****, nothing happens. I haven't had time to play with it, I just went and turned the **** a bit, nothing happens. Wife was driving it when this happened.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

It doesn't bother me to have it not working, however, the amount of nagging from my wife will determine whether I take it apart or not.
