How many vac hoses is there how many different sizes and how much will it cost and how long will it take to replace all of them. I have extensive dry rot of my vac hoses. I'm surprised I havn't developed a vac leak yet. (knock on wood)

you will need these two sizes presuming its a 1st gen, I dont know about 94+. anyways 5/32 and 7/32. it takes less then 5 minutes to install you can get em at the parts store. Id get about 12 feet of 5/32 and 6 feet of 7/32, There will be leftover but depends on how you route em.

94 had a half year style change I think, I know its 82-93 then 94-98 then 98-04 I think, I cant be sure on the later but if its pre-94 Then the lines I gave you are correct. If its after 93 then Id check under the hood, the lines say what size they are on them.
