another header question

If i were to get headers for my 98, are there other mods that need to happen in order for the headers to be installed? and how much could i expect it to cost?

I have a S Dime ZR-2 package and the shorty headers from JBA (titanium ceramic coating) and they fit perfectly, and add a very low bass sound. I also have Flowmaster Force 2 muffler (cat back), and K&N FIPK.
