Best sounding muffler for the 4.3?

i got a thrush muffler put on, i think it sounds pretty nice, i got 2 clips check them out tel me what you think

which size inlet did you get? i'm looking into getting one and cant figure out what size

you know what im not to sure, the guy at the shop suggested this muffler i am assuming its the same size as stock unless he changed some pipes that i do not know of

you know what i just looked at it and the in and out do look bigger then the stock muffler, and i am pretty sure its the thrush welded muffler

so then i'm assuming its the 2.5 not 2.25.... alright, i'm going to do that this week i hope.. if now, next for sure

I looked up the Walker stock replacement exhaust for an 04 Blazer, and it says 3" inlet/2.25" outlet. That's weird that it'd be 3" all the way into the muffler, it'd make more sense to do 2.5" all the way from the y-pipe.

really? all the info i could find kept telling me 2.25. i've been looking for the last 30 minutes and can't find anything

according to summit, you are correct. so... i'll buy one size next week, see how it lines up, then if not, return and go smaller.... mom's envoy needs to be used for something.
