Best sounding muffler for the 4.3?
i got a 2001 blazer with a super 44 with no cat and my buddy has a 88 sierra with a 350 tbi and a glasspack, and he loves the 44. hes getting one tommorow. the super 44 is the loudest street muffler you can get from flowmaster.....bottom line. i got mine from amazon.com and it cost $72 bucks. plus $11 for shipping so $83 bucks delivered to my house. i didnt think that was to bad ill post a video as soon as i get my camcorder fixed lol......my float stuck wide open and i busted the screen off of it lmao

I've got a Cherry bomb extreme (muffler) and it has a nice raspy rumble to it. It's got more of a crack or hollow sound, then the glub glub of the flowmaster IMO. AND has a slight rasp at 70mph and not ricey. Single in Single out. I had the forum pick and they picked it over my other 2 choices; the thrush welded and the dynomax bullet mufflers. Whatever you get done, get what you want a waste a tank of gas driving and enjoying it! *that's what I did*

probabaly no one has heard of it but i have a spintech muffler single in dual out and it sounds mean with no cats!! tons of low end torque and lots of top end high HP flow. in my oppinion deffinately the way to go
hey im new to all this and the forum. im greener then the grass when it comes to cars. i can change my own oil and other easy stuff. but im starting to get in to doing my own work because im sick of paying my hard earn money on stuff i can learn to do myself. anyway is the flowmaster 44 bolt on or do you have to weld it on? and do you have to change all the pipes or can you use the stock ones thats on it already?
