Default Clogged Exhaust? or something worse?

I have a 99 s10 blazer with a 40 series flowmaster muffler. I replaced my catalytic converter b/c it was clogged and affecting my acceleration. It is very jerky when i accelerate. I am wondering if it is possible for stuff from the catalytic converter to be clogged in the muffler. I am not sure what else it could be. Any help would be great! Thanks

Check your 02 sensors? Those could be gunked up and possibly needing to be cleaned. Also, how long ago was your cat replaced? Your truck's computer could be adjusting still if it was recent, as in within the last day or so.

It got replaced about 2 weeks ago. Do you have any advice on how to check or clean them, or do i need to take it so a mechanic or exhaust place?
