Default Dual Exhaust?

Hi, I am new to this forum, so please forgive me if this is a repost. I have a '98 LS 4x4 blazer and would like a cat-back dual exhaust. Does anyone know of anyone who makes one for my blazer? Any help would be greatly apreciated!

i dont think there is any kit for a dual. most of the duals i have seen are custom. and there is little to no space to put duals in without removing the spare. IMO you are looking a more work than it is worth, but if you really want to do this, for the best sound i would go true dual. it will cost A LOT though. i would replace everything (headers back) and get a couple high flow cats and performance mufflers. you can also get a sigle in dual out muffler to save some money but like i said before i think there is more work than most people want to do.

dont be discouraged though..... it can be done

like kyle always says........it will sound like 2, 3 cylinder engines.........stick with a single in single out and leave the duals to the V8's

Yeah I got dual exhaust. I just got a Flowmaster 40 then it splits into a y pipe and then straight out the back. Your spare tire will have to go though, just throw it in the back or on the roof. I personally love the sound of duals on my truck and at idle it sounds meaner then my dad's v8 F-150!

How does that Flowmaster 40 split with a Y pipe sound? I'm looking at getting something loud and aggresive, but don't want to give up any performance. How is that working for you?

what is it with all the flowmaster mufflers??? Iam a MINUTE MUFFLER dealer, I sold flowmaster for 3 years when I first started out, guess what, they all came back with the same breaks in it, so I have then switched to magnaflow and walker ultra flow, both muffler sound better then flowmaster, the only vehicle that flowmaster rules Is the FORD MUSTANG. And its because of the firing order the ford has. ANd as for blazers?? yes magnaflow muffler sounds awsome, and yes you can do duals with 2 mufflers, I have done so with an x pipe to boot. yes its tight just find a costom shop with some exp. and a guy who is willing to do it.

I think Flowmaster mufflers sound great. It depends on whether you want good tone or a lot of noise.
