exhaust question

I bought a super 44 for my 99 blzer and i want the tail pipe to exit exaxctly how this guy has it set up, but will the leaf spring ever crush the pipe at full compression or nah?

Well he says it was rattling between the body and leaf, that noise would probably get annoying.

I don't know for sure if it would crush the pipe but I would not put the tail pipe through there.
