Default High Flow v.s. OEM Cat?

My cat is making all sorts of stupid noises until it warms up, it's time for a new one.

I plan on doing a cat back exhaust on my 05 Jimmy 4x4 (open to suggestions) when I replace my cat, but I have a couple questions.

1. High flow cat worth the hype/extra $$?

2.Brands and Models of exhaust that will make her rumble (nothing crazy)

I'm a baller on a budget, so $400 exhaust systems are out of the question. ha

Any help is greatly appreciated, as I plan on buying these things within the next couple weeks.

I meant to ask you newguy, I have a 2 door, do you have a 4 door? Cuz I can't find any super turbo's that "fit" a 2dr. Do you know the difference?

find one the same length or close with 2.5 pipes. An 05 Blazer Muffler is 14 inches long. The longer the muffler the deeper the rumble

Good to know. Thanks! So if I buy one for a 4 door, the only difference is length? it will still mount up in the same places?

Measure the length of yours and get the closest you can. Then there wont be any problems with the other pipes
