Default New Exhaust

I recently had to replace part of my exhaust due to a plugged pre-cat. So I got a new y pipe, pre-cat and regular cat. From the cat back is still original, so I am looking into getting a new set up.

I would like to have a low rumble sound, but nothing too loud. I would like to get a Flowmaster set up. Is it possible to get a good sound without having to replace the converter? How hard is it to install? What does it all entail? Any suggestions on models, a good place to look and buy, average cost? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No need to replace the cat, just the muffler.

Before I had to spend a load of money getting my brakes done (Delco everything) I was looking into Flowmaster SDT (sound deadening technology) mufflers... supposed to give you a rumble without all the noise while still being louder than stock of course.
