I have a spectre intake with a 2.5" Flowmaster 40 exhaust and it deff made a difference. The intake made a good improvement along with the exhaust made even more of an improvement. With the intake, exhaust and tune, im getting 28mpgs on highway and around 11-13 to local. You will deff hear it when you get on it along with obviously your exhaust will. You have literally the exact setup and year truck as I do

4wd and no man i swear. 28mpgs i caculated it myself. I took a trip from Long Island NY to Ocean City Maryland and got 28 on the way there with windows open, and i got 24 with the A/C on. The intake, exhaust and tune really helped my truck. Our first gear is nice and low and i uses for offroading and the beach but our low gears and overdrive are great expecially with 3.42 rearends. I have always known these trucks to get great mileage on the "HIGHWAY" never local lol. Tune ups and oil changes are a great thing!

I got a nice tone from my CAI and I get 1-1.5 MPG better from that alone. By my calculations the CAI has already paid for itself.

theres two different ways for a intake where u buy the whole tube and cone and stuff or just the adapter at the end of the tub and then a confilter on the adapter. havent put one on a blazer yet im gonna put a dapter and cone on tommrow. but i think that Spectre cold air intake will sould good and u could hear the air going in but idk. laster year in my 91 accord i put just a cone filter and i could hear the air going into the engine.

When you say "tune" what kind of tune are you refering to? Plugs,wires,ect...? or computer tune?
