Cool 01 jimmy 33x10.5 on 15x7 stock rims?

i just got a 01 jimmy 4x4 and i ordered a 2" body lift and am planning on doing a t bar crank and either 2" shackles and/or add a leaf for the back. my main question is could i fit 33x10.5 tire using my stock rims and some wheel spacers? i am prepared to trim and thats where my second question comes, are there any fender flares that are close enough that i could fab them to fit on my 01 jimmy?

Not a chance with out HEAVY trimming. You can clear 31's with the potential for minimal massaging of the firewall and 32's with some pretty good movement of things.

if you dont mind trimming then a 33 will fit, but it takes a 5" suspension lift+2" body to clear 33x10.5 with no problem, if you really want a wider stance i say just throw the spacers away and find a set of 2wd rims theyll give you about 1.5" wider on each side iirc also keep in mind that the farther out ur wheels are the more trimming will have to be done. if you can only afford the 2" bodylift and shackles id stick with a 31" or 32" tire the difference between a 32 and 33 isnt all the great and as far as the flares go i dont know to much about any aftermarket products.

to me it just seems that the wheels wouldn't rub as bad on the frame etc. with more spacing and as for the wells i was thinking of completely custom cutting them for tire clearance thats why i was wondering about flares. i don't want flares for the extension of the tires per say more of uniforming my custom well cuts. my dad makes stuff out of fiberglass so i think i could make some up if it comes to it.
