Default 2000 Jimmy....biggest tire with these mods.

And by biggest tire, I mean tire that might rub, but not damage the body or tire.

1.5 tbar
1.5" shackle lift
rear add-a-leaf (short - gave me 1.5" with weak springs)
2" BL
Skidz fender flare cuts (not the flares. Just the cuts with changes because its a 4dr)

So....my thinking is that I've got all this plastic junk on my jimmy that needs to come off. I'll be welding the mounting holes shut then doing traditional body work to repaint the lower portions of the truck. The whole thing needs repainting, but that'll be another project someday.

While I'm in there, why not make cuts like they do for the skidz flares...then I can weld the seams and finish everything normally. The S-10 CC guys claim to run 33s on them with tbar, shackles, 2" BL, and the flares. They also use full-size front bump stops to keep from stuffing that tire too far into the wheel well.

What do you all think...? I could do all this in a weekend....except final paint. I cold do this part even before the 2" BL to gain more clearance for the 31s on there now.

I think the biggest I've seen is 31's but if you take it to a local tire shop they should be able to figure it all out for you.

Realize that the rear leaf and the shackles are gonna rake you.... and the back could probably run 1-2 inches more than the front.....

i dont think 33s will fit but possibly if you cut the fenders. I have a total of 9in of lift and my 33s rub on the trails

You can run 32's if you trim your front fender a bit

you can run 33s stock with a 3 inch body lift with triming, just need a narrower tire up front also
