2000 Jimmy SAS?
I got a 2000 Jimmy and wanna lift it and was thinking of doing a coil and link (not a fan of the looks of leafs in the front of these.
) Solid Axle Swap, but i cant find any kits. Well, I did find one by diversified creations, but it is crazy stupid expensive
and ZR2 only. Does anyone else make them? Also why is the diversified creations one ZR2 only? your getting rid of the IFS, and isnt the way the IFS is set up what makes a ZR2 a ZR2 compaired to a standard?
and what diversified creations is selling is more or less what i want, but i dont want all those numbers at the end, lol.
Also how must does a SAS cost total on average estimate?

frames are different between stock and zr2, but i dont know how.
If you get a "kit" expect to pay for it. Coil is the toughest to setup. the one kit that was available, you still needed a xj long arm kit on top of that.
as for cost, 1500-3000. too many variables though.

u could do leafs and be into it cheaper than coils and with less headache. or 4 link the front and be into the same as a coil lift but with less headache. with coils ul get the best ride and u can take the suspension from a jeep cherokee to put into ur blazer, or leaf spring it with a kit u can find on the net. a 4 link is custom and ul need to know what geometry ul want to make that work. i leaf sprung mine and it works great. but if u wanna coil lift urs id look for a beat jeep cherokee that has good running gear and swap the running gear into ur blazer. thats gonna be ur easiest, cheapest way to do that.
