Weird. Maybe cause i read the 94 amd thought s10 too. 33s will fit on a k5 stock with stock rims but il rub under hard bumps and flexing. Not sure about the nbs blazer

lol when i saw the title I was thinking to myself. Not another post about people saying they will fit with minor trimming. Then I saw its a fullsize. I would think a few inches of lift would be ok for 33s depending on the backspacing of the wheels

According to Four Wheeler mag. August 2009 you need 4" of suspension lift to fit 33x12.50" tires for 92-95 Blazer/Yukon/tahoe (fullsize). My wife is always telling me to throw away my of mags. but I always knew they would come in handy for a reference.

i was thinking about 33x10.5. i was looking at my truck and i think 33s would be pushing it but with a leveling kit or a body lift it would be fine. my friend bought some 33s for his jeep and i just placed them next to my wheel to see how they would look and it would seem like they would clear but i just dont know about turning. i dont want to go to wide cuz isnt it true that they do worst in the snow the wider they are? i need them for all around use

A few inches of body lift and trimming should be good.

Yeah the Wrangler TD's I have on my truck are 265-75-16. The tire is the same brand and model that came factory on the fullsize chevy's in the early 90's. They are only made in this size, (so my tire shop tells me).

Remember guys, Fullsize not s10 blazer (ha ha )

So that's roughly a 31.5 inch tall and 10.4 inch wide. So 33x10.50 would be as wide as stock so they would work fine. Thinner tires offer less wind resistence and cut through mud and snow rather than float on top of it. Unless you run in mud and snow more than 75% of driving, run what you think looks best and you can afford. I kinda like the thinner tire look. That gives it more of an offroad/mudder look. Where as a wider tire is more of a street driven commuter rig. But alot of people dissagree, that's just me.

PS: pics when you get new tires is always welcome!

i would go with 33x12.50 if you do lift it. Im the opposite as Imscrewed. I like the looks of a wider tire. When mine where out im thinking about going a size wider then 12.50. As for snow it really depends on the tire. If you go with a mud terrain it will be bad no matter what width. Yes the narrower the tire the better it will be in snow but if you get a good all terrain i dont think it will make much difference between 10.5 and 12.5.

Yeah that is true. I'm used to seeing K-5's around here with tall skinny tires and tractor tires for pure mud bogs and the like. That's why I like thinner tires. But the wider tires look just as good. It's all a matter of what you like the look of and what your planning on doing with the rig.

I will say the wide tires with a deep lip rim look good on lifted suv's, that look is classic.
