Default 89 Blazer cab body mounts

Hi. I'm new here and need some help. I have a 2 doors 1989 S10 Blazer 4WD 4.3L TBI 6Cyl, and need to change cab body mounts. I thought I'd install thick ones so I would have a little body lift. What is the maximum size I can install without the need of extensions for anything like fuel tank's neck or any other changes?
Any extra hints about installation procedures are welcome.

why dont you just save up the money for an actual body lift and do things the right way the first time? im not sure of the exact price, but you should be able to get a body lift for a 1st gen for around $100 im not sure how much shipping will run tho since your not in the states.
