92 blazer with lifts is it to high?
i have a 92 chevy blazer s10 4x4, i was wondering if putting a 1.5" suspension and a 3" body lift is to high? i am also putting 31's on it

Not at all. What would be your concern?

92 blazer
flipping, rolling anything? lol no problem then?
|
yeah i was curious about that too. I was looking into less backspaced wheels to get me that wider sturdier base.
|
Nope, shouldn't be much more dangerous than stock.
|
NJ4x4blaze is runnin 6" susp. + 2" body on here. You'll be fine.
|
when you cat go through the taco bell drive thru, thats when its too high lol
|
kyle...............you do know that 31's will fit on a 1st gen with stock suspension so problem, right?
although, i do understand your desire for the BL (even though i can't stand them), you'll need to mod those bumper brackets quite a bit with the 3" BL. throw a steel roll pan on the rear, it'll help with the gap quite a bit. just notch it to go over the frame rails. or get rid of the rear bumper altogether. |

Check local laws first I did this at first when i put my 3" BL on and within a week got stopped and ticketed for driving an unsafe vehicle (rear bumper or roll pan is required by law here) was a very not fun $200 education. so you removed the bumper altogether, and didn't bother to install a roll pan? was the judge telling you to get rid of the roll pan, because Blazer's weren't built with a roll pan (like some S10's)? in the end, it sure sounds like an anal cop who couldn't get you for anything else. |
