what is the easiest and some what safe on the wallet. Way to lift a 94 s10 blazer 4x4?

Depends on what you mean by safe on the wallet. Body Lifts run about 100-200, shackles are like... >75 on eBay and the T-bar crank that goes with it is free. But cranking the T-bar puts more stress on your front end parts so it might not be safe on the wallet in the long run.
