Default 95 chevy blazer

Hey, i just had some questions about my blazer. Its a 2 door 4x4. I have a set of 31x10.50x15 tires i wanna put on it. I know itll require lift but i was wondering if i could fit them with a 1.5-2" torshion bar lift and 2" lift blocks for the rear(or maybe 2" shackles), along with different offset rims?

you can fit them with some possible minor rubbing issues with just +2" shackles and +2" t-bar crank.

depending on what rims you plan to swap to, stay as close to 6" of back spacing as possible to midigate any rubbing that may come up.

also: for your year, you can score a 3" body lift for like $139... Performance Acessories 132.

Thank you. I was originally thinking about a body lift, still considering it, but i was just wondering what would work best.

i got 31x10.50s on mine with the method your talking about. i also have 4.5" off set rims so they stick out a little bit. the rubbing isnt bad. so some minor trimming and your good to go. mine just barely rub at all.

lee raises a good point. You may want to look at getting different rims as well as the lift. A smaller backspacing will allow you to fit bigger tires on. Cragars are a popular option with 4" backspacing. It also gives th truck a nice aggressive and mean stance with the tires sticking out a bit.

Yeah, yours looks really good lee and thats the look im going for, did you use shackles or blocks in the rear?. Id like the tires to stick out a bit, so i planned on getting different rims. but thank you all for the advice!

The further you push the tires out, the more interference you will create with the front and the back of the front wheel wells while turning.

use shackles in the back. my tires only hit on the lower part of the fender, havnt had a problem with it hitting the bumper on my setup. but i did trim a little bit off of both, but very little.

Also doesnt the tires hit the frame with factory wheels and just 2" lift when turning? i think i seen that it does, so really if its not one problem its another lol. either trim or go with 30x9.50s i guess would be the best advice.

Hmm. Well is there a limit on how many inches of lift i can get out of the bars? Id love to get 3 inches out of it, it has quite a bit of thread left showing, but im not sure. lol.

haha nevermind i read the torshion bar sticky thing i understand now
