Default Am i being taken to the cleaners ?

I have a 93 blazer with a 6in procomp suspension lift and 3 in body lift running Super swamper 39.5 13 /10 .... a local shop offered to take off the body lift.... replace bolts and bushings.... put on 4 new 35's with a warranty for all work for the lifetime of the tire.... all of this for $648.00 out the door.... and they keep the super swampers which onlyv have about 2,000 miles on them.... sound fair..??? I was told more work goes into taking a body lift off than putting one on...

What brand tires are they taking off and what are they putting on? Figure out the cost difference between to two and you should be able to roughly figure out why they are actually charging for labor.

i just spent $520 on a set of stock size (235/75r15) tires. 4 new mounted, balanced out the door with tax.
