I was thinking of doing a 2 inch body lift on my truck. How long did it take and will I be able to fit 31x10.5 on my truck?

well this is my first ever BL and the firsttime ive worked on a jimmy/blazer and i ran into some issues, im about 8hrs into the project but feel if i did it again it be a much quicker pace lol

i plain to stick my 31x10.5s on and from ive seen they should fit(camaro rims), i hear there might be more rubbing on stock rims

if you care to follow my build, its here

Yeah a two inch body lift will fit 31's.
glad to see you have it all back under control.
I have camaro wheels with 33x12.5.... i dont rub at all unless i really crank it hard.

Maybe I'm missing something but the bumper mounts to the frame. You didn't mess with the frame & didn't use bumper brackets. Do you have the bumper mounts in place properly?
What won't the tow hooks clear? You didn't touch anything that should have an issue with them because the valence is attached to the bumper & that is attached to the frame.
All you did was lift the body 2" away from the frame so I'm kinda baffled... I'll get a beer & chack back in a bit.

I'm not home so can't take pics but the bumpers mounted in the front with the 4 2" spacers and my side brackets look nothing like the ones in the insteuctions, its just a bar that goes from bumper to frame

The way it sits now ill have to trim the valence for hooks to clear or maybe force the valance up and force the hook in

what the bumper looks like, yes i know the passenmger headlight is crooked alittle but not sure why lol

as you can see the tow hooks wont clear

and the side brackets, the side of the bumper also slid into a bolt head type thing
