Is this picture just a t-bar crank and add a leaf? Any shackles or bl?

3" BL, 1.5" T-Bar & 2" shackles for the saggy *** they have after awhile.

T-bar crank and made my shackles 2" longer then stock. (yes i made them)

looking to do about 3.5-4" of lift on a 96 lt, what kind of modifications, to linkages, wiring will be needed?
