body bolts

im new to the site, and very happy with all the advise that is givin. i had 1 question are the body bolts the same on a 1st gen s10 blazer as they are on the 98 s10 blazers..im putting a 3in body lift on it and want to make sure the bolts are the same.. thanx again..i know length is dif but the thread size is what im after..

Shouldn't matter if you are looking into getting a body lift kit. The diameter of the bolts are close enough to being the same, but I would be they are the same. The length is what you need to be concerned with, plus the thread pitch. With a kit you don't have to worry about that.

im getting kit for 1 gen.. to install on my 98 blazer..3in body lift just making sure threads are the same..thx
how much triming did you have to do to run 33s

The 3in BL for first gens dont have bumper brackets, so you will have to fab them yourself, as far as the bolt threads i have no clue.

the body bolts are the same thread.. lift is done.. only 1 busted bolt but was easy to remove..ty all
