Thanks for the pictures. Any reason why you cut through the carpet instead of pulling it up?

heh cause I quite frankly dont give a **** about this truck. Its got 2 years left on it's inspection. If it makes it past that point its gonna be a woods rig only. Now it looks bad, but once the floor is patched a little construction adhesive should hold the carpet back down, I doubt ayone will notice the cuts.

What an ordeal. Finaly got it done after a week in my buddy's garage. Few minor issues left to clear up. My fuel filler now will not reach, so I have to extend it somehow. Then this weekend retighten all the body mounting bolts, then start sealing up the holes in the floor.
Even with all the probelms and crazyness I am happy with the result. Next up some DIY lift shackles, mild T-bar crank and some 31's come spring.
