Default Coil Lift 2001 Blazer Help

I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer 2 wheel drive that I put 2.5 inch lift coils in the front but it seems to have only lifted the car about 1 inch, was wondering what the problem might be? or if I maybe need to change out my upper control arms, thanx Bryan!

You've experienced what I think to be typical for a coil spring lift for a 2wd v6 s-series vehicle. If you really want to lift a 2wd s-series, you'll want to start with spindles which won't have an impact on ride quality and will lift the full height stated. It's more expensive, but worth it.

Thanks brother! that seems to be the case. I wish I would have known that I probably wouldn't have bought the coil lift since it only gave me about an inch lift even though it says a two and a half inch lift. I guess the coil spring lift is pretty much just a leveling type lift. I was looking at the spindle lift but I wasn't sure if they would fit or not and the person that I saw selling some said that you needed to have larger rims like 17 inch rims in order to work with the spindles and my rims are only 15 inch rims, but I have adapter spacers that push the rim out so I think it would probably work, so I might do that, it's for my nephew's Blazer actually. Thanks for the reply.😁
