Default Front End Height

I've got a '97 Blazer 4-dr 4wd and was wondering about the height of the front end. I measured from the center of the wheel to the fender lip and the passenger's side is 18" and the driver's side is 18.5". What is the stock height supposed to be, so I know where mines sitting. I wanted to adjust the torsion bars a little but wanted to find this out first, so I didn't raise the front too much. Thanks.

*edit* I forgot to add that it looks like my suspension arms are almost touching the bump stops when its sitting on level ground. I wasn't sure if this was normal or not because it seems like the front is too low.
