can i just go to a shop any were and say "I want my truck ifted so-so inches"
or is there more to it then that?
its a zr2 so it has some what of a lift but I want a little more hight
when i eventualy do get it lifted I wana get some off-roading lights for the rood and a brush guard and allso so bigger and badder tires and rims

go to synergyoffroad.com check the garage and look at Jiggs truck and his mods...err thing hes done u can buy off his site and put it on urself or have some one do it...t bar cranck &shackles or u can get the 6 inch lift

i dont want to much lift because then it would just look silly

well just t bar crank shackles and or body lift....search thru these threads ull get err thing u need

purchasing that stuff would be for if i were to be doing my self? or if i was going to a shop like i will most likely do will they getthe kitand itemsneeded?

Most shops will have the connections to order the lifts, the same kits you can find online (i.e. Performance Accesories BL), and they'll have their own 'kit' price that includes the lift and the install. Also the dealers can set you up with one, the dealers around here sell the PA kits. I don't know if a reputable shop will crank your t-bars for you, cause that would put them in a liable position for when your front end parts wear out.
