Default Interco 31s

My best friend told me today that I could HAVE is shop roll arounds off his jeep. They are practically brand new trXus mud terrain 31s. My question is since my 01 2 dr is a little saggy in the rear i am looking into either shackles or an add a leaf in the rear and a t bar crank in the front. Since these tires are really aggressiveand knobby, will the crank and either shackles or add a leafs be enough to not rip my fenders apart.

I would love to get a body lift, but I am about to have a baby. Funds are tight, so I don't know how I could justify $300 to clear bigger tires that my wife already doesn't like.
