Default leaning to the right

my 99' is leaning to the right in the front. I'm pretty sure i can just crank the right t-bar to even it out, but will this limit the amount of additional lift i can give the front since i wanted to do that soon. also does anyone have a stock ride height spec so i know where to set it to before i level the front end.
