lifted my Blazer yesterday

Finally had time (and good weather) to do some work on the Blazer.
Welded up some new shackles (hole to hole 8") and fitted them. Was pretty straight forward without having to remove/unbolt anything else. The only PITA was the last bolt of the shackle - bolt was seezed in the sleeve, but a after a fair amount of time and swearing it came out as well
Also did a tb crank and had it re-aligned. I have gained just short of 2 inches on every corner.
Now I'm thinking of fitting some 31s

I agree. It def. needs bigger shoes.
I also think it needs wheel spacers, especially on the rear. I don't think 31s will come out far enough without spacers.....?

How far they stick out has more to do with the wheels (and/or spacers) than the tires.

I know, but the 31s will be wider then my stock tyres. I'll still probably need spacers for the rear though..
