Yes, the black shorter ones are the stock ones. The red (I painted them) shackles are the longer lift shackles.

I think I got the same shackles as you, at least they looked the same. Here's them on an older model

Very good guide. I just used a hammer on the fender lips, and cut the front and back fenders, at the lowest point. And a little of the front plastic airdam/valence in order to allow turning.
